Order Processing
Each Freddie Lee piece is made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Orders placed after 10:00 AM (PST) may be processed the following business day. This timeline ensures that every garment is crafted with care and quality.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Contiguous (U.S.) Orders: Freddie Lee offers free standard ground shipping for orders above $175 shipping within the Contiguous United States. Flat-rate of $12 shipping for all other orders placed in the Contiguous United States. Typical delivery is 5–7 business days after production.
International Orders: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery times vary by country but typically take 7–21 business days after production.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delays
We work hard to meet all shipping timelines, but please note:
Holidays, high order volumes, or courier delays may affect delivery.
Freddie Lee is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Freddie Lee is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected after checkout.
Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent to the email address provided on the order with your shipment's tracking information.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once an order has left our warehouse.
