At Freddie Lee, every piece is made to order through our production partner. This allows us to reduce waste, deliver a more sustainable product, and ensure that your garment is created just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

When We Can Help


Manufacturer Error

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we’ll replace it at no cost to you:

The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

The wrong item, size, or color was sent

A manufacturing error (such as misprint or stitching defect)

If you experience one of these issues, please contact us at orders@freddielee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll handle it quickly.

Damaged/Open Box

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the contents inside. Pease submit a claim via the courier used to ship your order. Please also contact us at orders@freddielee.com

No returns for incorrect sizing (please check our size charts carefully before ordering)

No exchanges for a different color or style after purchase

While we cannot take items back, we do want you to love your Freddie Lee piece. If you ordered the wrong size and would like a replacement:

You may repurchase your correct size, and we’ll provide you a 15% discount code for your re-order of that item.

You’re free to keep, gift, or donate the original item — no waste, no returns.

Why This Policy Exists


We know a strict “no returns” policy may feel unusual. The reason is that each Freddie Lee garment is made to order, not pulled from warehouse stock. Once created, it can’t be restocked or resold. This approach is part of our commitment to sustainability and exclusivity — and it’s what allows us to create premium comfort pieces, just for you.

That said, our customer service philosophy is flexible and human. If something feels off with your order, reach out. We’ll do our best to make it right.
